Due to the slow internet access in Sasin, please set proxy to access internet thru Chula.  There may be a prompt window to authenticate, please use your Blackboard user & password.  Let me know if you still encounter the slow internet access on Chula network.

We’re on process to add more internet bandwidth by adding 7 ADSL lines from TRUE.
